I used this adapter in my iPod Classic 120Gb with a Motorola Bluetooth headset, and works very good.
The only issue is that some times I have to turn off and on again the headset to make work the wireless control in my headset (pause, rewind, etc.), but it's not a big deal. Now I have a iPod with 100 gb with music and video in my backpack, working in shuffle mode without any wire.
The delivery time as expected. Everything OK!
