5 out of 5 stars Motorcycle Riding - Great with the new Droid X - GPS - Pandora   September 1, 2010
AUTIGRFAN
Great Product. A- sound quality for a bluetooth unit. Excellent range. I can walk around my entire 1200 sq. ft. apt without any decrease in sound quality. The main reason I bought this unit was in hopes of using it to listen for GPS guidance through my verizon wireless Droid X while on a motorcycle. I was more than pleased to find out I can listen to Pandora (control volume, skip songs, etc), while gps turn by turn directions plays when needed, while also being able to answer phone calls, all at the same time while riding a motorcycle. Because of the droid X's size it is near impossible to remove it out of your pocket while riding. With standard earphones, it is extremly frustrating not being able to change songs or adjust volume while riding. This unit solved almost all problems. I was even able to cut a small slit in the padding of my helmet near the chin, the unit's clips slides in perfectly and the receiving unit does not interfere with headspace at all. Extremely please with the purchase.

3 out of 5 stars Its alright   July 22, 2010

Sounds good for music. However, for phone calls, sound quality is not the best. I would have to put the microphone really close to my face to people hear me well.

4 out of 5 stars It does what I want!   June 29, 2010

My requirements were that it was capable of Bluetooth A2DP and that it had sufficient volume level so I could hear it while exercising or mowing the lawn. For the first part, the bluetooth works and it doesn't cut out like a different BT headset I had previously purchased from the AT&T store. I can walk and jog and the sound is always there. The earphones are great in that they stay in well (in-the-ear type, not earbuds) and they block out noise and I can hear them well even in noisy environments. The only downside I find with them is that I have to manually turn on Bluetooth (BT) audio to get the audio playback to work. My phone connects to it automatically once you pair with it but only in headset mode. I have to use the phone to turn on the BT audio if I want to listen to audio from my phone. It would have been nice if the unit had a button press that would initiate that connection. My car stereo has a button I press to turn on the BT audio.

Even though I have a few quibbles it does what I want. Now, if someone would make a similar unit so you could plug in your own headphones you'd have a real winner.

5 out of 5 stars Pretty good!   June 20, 2010

These are much better than the last set of Blue Tooth headphones I had... the only problem with them is that the pause/play and track selection button doesn't work with my iPod Touch.
