This is a short review because I have bought several of these so far. See my other review (click on my user name) for this unit if you really want to know about it.
So I bought this for my girlfriend and she loved it. Then about a month later the microphone just stopped working. Very odd, not at all like the performance I have gotten out of the other, exact same models I have bought for friends and family. She talked to Plantronics and they shipped her a new unit a week or two later. By her account, customer service was very helpful.
Bottom Line: would still recommend again.

I bought it in July 2008 and it's now November 2009 and I'm still very happy with this product. It has worked that well for me. It's comfortable. Well-made. Performs flawlessly. The battery life is great and the recharger is ingenious.

Love this unit! Now bought one for my wife. Works well and looks great. The most comfortable one I've ever owned. Great advantage - I wear glasses and there is no wire over the ear. One small problem - the unit can spin in your ear.

Jawbones was on sale 50% off at the ATT store where I was upgrading an aging Razor. Internet research settled on Plantronics and then Discovery 925 and then Amazon. ATT store price was 129.95.
Just ordered another because Ted and I paired Discovery 925 already paired to my new IPhone 3G to his LG 8300. Worked like a charm. Then we tested range and obstacles like walls and doors. As I moved downstairs outside reception got dicey but was still there.
No joke. Just put the earpiece easy into your ear and it stays put.
I really mean easy. It just stays put.
