Headsets with QuickPair are automatically in pairing mode when powered on until paired with the first device. - Step 1: Start with headset powered OFF. Hold down headset Call Control button for four seconds--release when Indicator Light flashes red and blue. Headset is now discoverable. Headset will remain discoverable until it is paired with its first device.
- Step 2: Use your device's menu to enter its pairing mode and select 220Plantronics on the display. 0000 is the pairing passkey.
- Subsequent Pairings: To manually place headset in Pairing Mode, begin with the headset turned off, then press the call control button for 8-10 seconds until the headset indicator light flashes red and blue. The headset is now in pairing mode for the next 60 seconds. To pair with a phone, repeat Step 2.
- Reconnection for Previously Paired Devices: If the Bluetooth phone and your Plantronics Bluetooth headset have been out of range for an extended amount of time or if the headset and/or phone were turned off and do not automatically reconnect, simply do a short press of the call control button and the devices will reconnect.

I like the 650E headset except for the ear pierce. Because the tips are made of plastic, they do not work well on the inside of the headset. I would not purchase this product again because of this factor. It fell from my ear several times because I could devise a way to keep the ear pierce from coming out of the headset.

This is the best bluetooth I've owned. I've owned cheapies and more expensive bluetooth headsets, and the650E is by far the best so far. A bit static-y at times, but generally, the reception is good, and the people I speak to can't tell I'm speaking on a bluetooth. I like the gel earpiece, and I've never had to use the earloop. Never had a problem with it falling out of my ear, like some people complain about, even if I tip my head so the earpiece is down. The buttons are hard to push at first, but once you get used to it, it's a non-issue. I like the brightness of the in use lights, and can easily tell if it's turned on or not (just don't try to play hide and seek in the dark with it on). It's a bit bigger than some of the headsets, but still not big enough to be uncomfortable. Overall, especially for the price, this is a GREAT buy!!!

This bluetooth headset is so comfortable and easy to use. The sound is great and people I talk to have no problems hearing what I am saying. Battery life is great and I like having the portable charger for when I am on the go.
