 Good buy, but noise reduction could be better February 21, 2010

It is small, lightweight and comfortable. I was worried that the earpieces won't fit as I have really small ear canals, but they do really well, and without the clip. I haven't used the clip, so cannot comment on it (CNET says it is uncomfortable). The battery lasts as claimed, about 3-3.5 hrs, and the AAA charger is really handy. Included is a USB adapter which I like a lot, but I usually charge it from the wall port. The build is nice, looks and feels sturdy, and the buttons are ergonomic. One multifunction button makes it easy to use, and I appreciate the lack of clutter. Pairing was very easy, and with multiple devices at the same time, which is very convenient.
The one thing I wasn't so excited about was the noise reduction when driving. It is not so bad when you are listening (partly because the in-the-ear bud is snug within the ear canal), but people I talked to complained of a lot of noise when I called from within the car. That also makes voice dialing impossible.
All in all, if you are not going to be using it a lot while driving, then it is not a bad buy. But if you are, then maybe look for devices with better noise reduction.

I have had two previous bluetooths--one a Plantronics that cost much more than this one. I stopped using both because they wouldn't stay on my ear! One flapped around and the other (Plantronics) had the mechanism in the part that wraps around the ear, making it too thick to stay on. This one has a wire-thin ear attachment that has solved the problem and the voice quality is pretty much the same as the others.

I have been using this headset for 2 years and it is still working very well. It pairs with my Motorola Krzr perfectly: I set my phone up to connect automatically so now all I need to do to connect them together is to press and hold the big button on the headset for 2 seconds.
The most talking I do is during my highway commute. I drive a Honda so road noise is there. However I have NEVER gotten a complaint about background noise while talking on the road. I'd go from freeway to local to parking lot and the person on the other end would not notice any difference.
You do need to keep the phone close by though, definitely no more than 10 feet. It's not a problem for me because I only use it in the car, or walking with the phone in my purse.
Battery life is good for my light usage.
It's not perfect, but great value for what I need it for.
