This product works fine with my phone when I am not talking to someone who has the same device on their phone. It does not have clear reception at times and I have to hold the phone close to it and it gets better, which should not have to happen.

I upgraded from a Treo to an iPhone and kept the Palm Ultralight bluetooth. Glad I did. Good sound and, as the name implies, it's ultra light. I had to buy a second unit, however, because the interchangeable earpieces aren't very secure... and I lost it. However, it's still well worth the money.

A word of warning for purchasers - This unit requires a charger specific to the Treo 650/700/Centro line. No AC charger is provided. This means you must charge your phone then charge your headset. Other than that, the unit does a good job, is simple to use, and has good sound quality. Several earpieces come with it to tailor the fit to you. The product is lightweight enough that you forget it's there sometimes.

This headset, though not particularly cool, is probably one of the best bluetooth headsets I have owned: it is small enough, light and powerful, the battery lasts for days and it pairs easily and effortlessly with my Treo; I even bought one for my brother and he loves it. The downside is the earloop, which keeps coming off and is difficult to place; however, the set does not really need the accesory for it holds itself easily in place with the earpiece alone. The carry case and the extra earpieces come in handy and the emergency battery powered charger is pretty keen. Overall, a great buy for a pretty low price. Nice set!
